1. Project Planning:

    • Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
    • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure that the project scope and objectives are clear and achievable.

2. Resource Management:

      • Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
      • Ensure that the project is adequately staffed with skilled professionals and that the necessary tools and technology are available.

3. Budget Management:

      • Monitor project expenditures to ensure they stay within the allocated budget.
      • Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure that any cost overruns are communicated and managed effectively.

4. Execution Oversight:

        • Direct and coordinate all project activities, ensuring they align with the project plan and meet the set quality standards.
        • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during execution, making real-time decisions to keep the project on track.
