Key Responsibilities of the
Head of Project Execution

1. Project Planning:

- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure that the project scope and objectives are clear and achievable.
2. Resource Management:

- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure that the project is adequately staffed with skilled professionals and that the necessary tools and technology are available.

- Monitor project expenditures to ensure they stay within the allocated budget.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure that any cost overruns are communicated and managed effectively.
4. Execution Oversight:
- Direct and coordinate all project activities, ensuring they align with the project plan and meet the set quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during execution, making real-time decisions to keep the project on track.


5. Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
6. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with industry regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify that work is being completed to the highest standards.

- Experience: More than 10 years of experience in project management within the power sector, including hands-on experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple teams simultaneously.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of power sector regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
